A born and raised Romanian, I have gained wisdom and experience while living in countries such as Russia, China, Spain; traveling and working with more than 60 markets across the globe. As a manager, leader, coach, and human I am working to make a difference using the inspiring tools I have achieved.

My story
It all started 15 years ago when I first got the chance to lead a team. With 22 years old, my common sense and intuition were the base of my leadership. I had the opportunity to work with different personalities, lead divers teams, and work and live in different markets across the globe. I faced challenging situations, negotiations, dealt with age and cultural gap, made HR business focused strategies, develop the teams, reach KPIs, provoque and lead business transformation. It has been an interesting, successful and enriching journey.
Working as a manager, HR leader and coach in a multinational environment has made me question myself, try several approaches, succeed, fail, reinvent myself, evolve, adapt my mindset and invest in my own growth.
As an HR professional and ICF accredited coach, my goal now is to let my journey inspire and use my experience to create my success stories.
